I cannot believe we are at the end of this incredible journey。 I know it’s been 9 books but this has hooked me from the very first book and I have loved every minute of this amazing adventure。 Zam， Lila， Maks， Balder， Batman are fantastic characters and have become family。 I have Laughed when they laughed， cried when they cried and screamed at the twists and turns and surprises。 It’s been exciting， entertaining， action packed and full of betrayals， deception and I have enjoyed every minute of th I cannot believe we are at the end of this incredible journey。 I know it’s been 9 books but this has hooked me from the very first book and I have loved every minute of this amazing adventure。 Zam， Lila， Maks， Balder， Batman are fantastic characters and have become family。 I have Laughed when they laughed， cried when they cried and screamed at the twists and turns and surprises。 It’s been exciting， entertaining， action packed and full of betrayals， deception and I have enjoyed every minute of this rollercoaster ride and the author did a fantabulous job with the ending though I am sad to see them go。 Hopefully they will pop up again somewhere。 。。。more

Parting is such sweet sorrow Be sure to remember/reread Kingdom of Storms because this installment picks right back up in Chapter 1。This tale has many twists and turns， lies and betrayals， and a race to， /gasp， the end。My favorite part， when the child decides she no longer wishes to be a lady and can say F*ck。

Bravo！！！！ While I am sad that this is the end of Zam and the Desert Cursed series I can’t imagine a better end。 In true Mayer fashion so many twist and turns will keep you reading。 There are a few nods to some of Shannon’s other series that Mayer readers will appreciate。 Lots of laughs， excitement and a few tears make this an ending that all fans will enjoy。
